I may or may not have forgotten that this blog existed. I have to consult legal counsel before I can give you a definitive answer. ( I wouldn't read this if I were you. )
I'm not sure why any of you needed that glimpse into my life, but there it is. Now that I've horrified all of you, I have a drunken podcast to record. I've yet to rant about the Prop8 ruling in California and I think I've had just enough vodka to piss a bunch of white-bread middle Americans off.

There are times when I honestly fear for the future of our world. I'm not talking about politics or international relations (this time). I'm talking about the state of our young people in the United States. These are our future leaders? Are you fucking kidding me? I had a 'friendly debate' with a friend's seventeen year old daughter this weekend about abortion.

Maybe I'm being too hard on her. She's only seventeen after all, right? But if she doesn't know her rights and have as much information as possible now, is she destined to become a statistic? Or, worse yet, just a part of the problem in general? This is the twenty-first century for God's sake. Why do I feel like we're in retrograde?
Dictionary.com's word of the day for May 3, 2009 is 'albatross'. Coincidence? I think not.
